1. Check-in at Apartamenty Sky Tower reception is from 15:00-21:00. Check-out is no later than 11:00.
2. The property is being rented for residential purposes. Renting for other purposes (commercials, music videos, photo sessions, movies) are prohibited unless terms are arranged prior to check-in. Failure to comply results in a penalty imposed on the tenant in the amount of 3500 PLN. 3. The tenant is liable for the acts of the occupants of the premises with the tenant. 4. In the event of deterioration, damage, or destruction of the premises caused by the tenant or the common parts of the building, the landlord charges the tenant’s credit card submitted at reservation or presented as security deposit at check in to cover the costs of repairing the damage caused by the tenant, any potential rental income lost do to the damages taking an extended period to fix, & any relocation costs of future guests due to premises being repaired, which the tenant agrees. 5.The rented premises and the whole building are NON-SMOKING. Failure to adhere to the no-smoking policy results in acharge imposed on the tenant of 1000 PLN. 6. The building has a quiet period curfew from 22:00 - 6:00. In case of violation of curfew by the tenant, the tenant will be required to cover the costs of a possible intervention by security &/or a forfeiture of security deposit. 7.Only the guests covered in the reservation are allowed on the rented premises.All parties, meetings, exceeding the number of guests included in the reservation are prohibited.Failure to do so results in a penalty imposed on the tenant amounting to 1000 PLN. All penalties & any damages will be charged to your credit card submitted during reservation or presented at check in as security deposit to which you agree by signing this rental contract. 8. In the case of suspected violation of these regulations or suspected offense, the landlord has the right to enter the premises at any time. 9. The landlord may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a breach by the tenant of the provisions of this Agreement, in particular if the tenant and / or accompanying persons: - Use premises in a manner not consistent with the agreement, - Destroy the premises or its equipment, causing deterioration of their condition beyond normal wear and tear, - Disturb the peace and order of residents in other apartments in the building. 10. In case of termination of the rental agreement by the landlord the full reservation fee and any additional penalties, & costs of damages will be charged. 11. Guests intoxicated at check in will not be able to check in & NO REFUND will be given. 12. Items left in the apartment after check out must be picked up within 7 days of check out or they will be discarded. 13.A Security Deposit of 500 PLN is required on arrival. All apartments with a bath near the window or hot tub(jakuzzi) and Apartments with 2 bedrooms, Apartment with a terrace require a deposit of PLN 1000. The payment should be made with the tenant's physical credit/debit card. The entire deposit will be released from the card after checking the condition of the property on the day of check-out and if the tenant has complied with all the terms of the rental agreement. The refund may take up to 14 days from check-out, depending on the pre-authorization procedures in the cardholder's bank.
